Nick leads us through the basics of living up to publisher expectation and also those of their newfound community of players way back in 2002. 15 years later Simon and Paul look back on what went on to become the fan-favourite Stronghold title still discovered today on Steam and GOG thanks to a new generation of players with a desire to build an impregnable stronghold and destroy those of their friends.

Our brand new tactical action game MetaMorph: Dungeon Creatures released yesterday on Steam Early Access! To celebrate we handpicked six daring devs and put them up against three of the most intense levels in all the game. Watch on in horror as Paul, Ben, Kieron, Nikolay, Nick and Tom do their best to conquer three unique dungeons of varying difficulty.   • Transform Your Fate – Morph between the lightning fast Rabbit, brutish Ice Ogre and spectral Fire Nymph as you deal with unique enemy types and attack patterns.
  • Trap Your Enemies – Turn the dungeon against unsuspecting foes by leading them into the paths of vicious saw blades, incendiary powder bombs and colossal Skeleton Snakes.
  • Power Up – Acquire and level up unique powers for each hero, morphing at just the right time to chain together effective combos and elements.
  • Reclaim the Dungeon – Drive back the undead hordes and demonic forces that now claim the dungeon by rescuing the (mostly) innocent Goblins and clearing each floor.
