Good day Sire! In our final major news update before launch, we’re proud to share the roadmap for Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition’s post-launch plans!

Following the positive reception of the two public demos and in keeping with Stronghold DE’s post-launch, we’re announcing two major post-launch content updates for Stronghold Crusader DE. These will take the form of an Autumn and a Winter Update, both releasing this year alongside two paid DLCs.

The new missions, maps and features of the two free updates, as well as the Lords and Trails of the two DLCs, will bolster the base game with more fresh, quality gameplay than you can shake a sabre at.

Embracing players’ requests and creativity has been at the forefront of the game’s post-launch trajectory, carefully coordinated to maintain a regular cadence of exciting content with community inspired features.

Whether you’re someone who wants to build the most extravagant desert civilisation possible or you just want to face off against one hundred camels, there’s a lot for players to discover and love about this revamp of the original Stronghold: Crusader.
