The Making of Space Colony
This week we’re travelling up to the stars with Space Colony, Firefly’s intergalactic base builder featuring a world of Swedish bikers, space chickens, orbital golf courses and the galaxy’s answer to velociraptors. Constructing space stations, paying your crew and melting alien creatures into small puddles of goo was the mission way back in 2003 and today we found out how Firefly came to follow up the birth of the Crusader series with this interesting offshoot. Join Simon and Paul as they recall the trials and tribulations of developing Space Colony off the back of two unique medieval strategy titles and collectively switching gear as a studio.
